Our thoughts have a major role in our daily lives. Hence, starting our day with positive thoughts will have amazing effects on how we perceive the rest of the day; whether we think of the day as overwhelming or as a chance for new beginnings. One of the most effective ways to influence our thoughts is through music. Therefore, starting the day with positive music, while doing chores, eating, while in the bathroom, going to work etc, will boost positive thoughts, thus a positive attitude.

Gospel music is great way to start the day, it reminds us that God is there with us and no matter how overwhelmed we may feel, listening to the right music can have a significant change on our mood and how we decide to approach the day and its challenges. There are many days when I wake up in a  bad mood, however, just by listening to some of these songs I am reminded that God is with me and I’ll be alright.
